Dennis G. Peatrowsky

A Northeast Nebraska native, Mr. Peatrowsky will specialize in the areas of estate planning, elder law and business planning, as well as securities regulation and arbitration. A United States Marine Corps veteran, Mr. Peatrowsky received a baccalaureate degree, summa cum laude, from Park University. Mr. Peatrowsky obtained his Juris Doctor (JD) degree from the Creighton University School of Law in 1994, and since then has provided counsel to individuals, families, financial businesses and investors across the country, with a focus on wealth planning and securities law.

Mr. Peatrowsky provides years of experience within the financial services industry, including serving more than 17 years as in-house counsel and wealth advisor for regional investment management firms, and as a regional supervisor for a national broker-dealer. In addition, Peatrowsky has 13 years’ experience in portfolio management and securities analysis, as well as providing counsel on individual estate planning, charitable trusts, foundations, family partnerships and businesses.

Admitted to practice in Nebraska, Peatrowsky holds Series 4, 7, 24, 63 and 65 securities licenses and is a member of WealthCounsel, ElderCounsel, the American Bar Association and the Nebraska State Bar Association. He has taught Risk Management at Bellevue University; is a member of the Nebraska State Bar Association investment subcommittee, is active in the American Legion, Knights of Columbus, St. Wenceslaus Catholic Church, Catholic schools and the metro community. He enjoys spending time with his wife and three children.
